Georgina Fabrick

AKSDC is a young organization that has already made great strides in communities, that followed through on a vision the Bonteheuwel High School Management had. It has been an arduous journey where I started working as a volunteer and had to learn through trial and error. I am also a beneficiary of the AKSDC programme which assist me with my own personal growth. As a community worker serving in various capacities over the years, I have the youth close to my heart and rearing five sons, so my interest in the work of AKSDC serves a personal purpose to me. The Teacher Assistant Program has been a tremendous success and made a huge impact to the community. It is my desire to see AKSDC engender a deep sense of consciousness amongst young people as a basis of human solidarity and development.
