Mrs Nadima Parker

Board Member

In the last two years I have learnt a lot and it has contributed to my own personal growth. I am proud to say I am a graduate of the AKSDC Teacher Assistant Program and have been able to access gainful employment as a result of my training. The initiative also served as part of the quest to empower board members to have first-hand experience of the programs of the organization.I believe in the programs of AKSDC and know that this organization can be the ‘change factor’ that will bring continuous learning to this community. Young people can then be more positive, can exercise better choices, have self-control by managing anger, confidence, perseverance, patience and a greater determination to succeed. I applaud our Director that has given meaning to the AKSDC programs.
